We process orders for delivery on the same day. Our products usually take 4-7 days to be delivered to you.

Must be unworn, undamaged & unused with all tags intact. Due to health & safety reasons, we don’t take returns on underwears. Customers can return or exchange their order within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will refund the amount within 5-7 business days. For hygiene related reasons we do not exchange underwears. Our size guides are very true to the products, so do make sure you run through that in case of any confusion.
